The location is honestly brilliant, though I should mention it’s not exactly ground level – there are some stairs involved, which isn’t a huge deal but worth knowing if you’re hauling heavy luggage. The neighborhood has this lovely residential feel where you’ll hear Greek families going about their daily routines, but you’re still close enough to walk to Monastiraki in about fifteen minutes. Actually, one of my favorite discoveries was this tiny souvlaki place tucked away on a side street nearby – the kind of spot where locals grab a quick bite, not the tourist traps around the main squares. The host mentioned it during check-in (which was super smooth, by the way), and it became my go-to dinner spot. Sometimes you can catch the scent of grilled meat drifting up to the apartment in the evenings, which honestly just adds to the whole authentic Athens experience. With a 9.7 rating, this place clearly knows what it’s doing – it’s that perfect balance of having your own space while feeling genuinely connected to the city around you.

  1. The Host, Nikos, is extremely thoughtful. He arranged breakfast for us (My husband & I), for 2 days completely complementary. And that was a whole lot more than what two people would need!!
  2. We planned our itinerary with him, he was our google, guide, and even drove us to The Temple of Poseidon, explained the historical & cultural aspects too.

  Really wonderful Apartment ever i stayed. I stayed with my wife , more comfortable, very Good breakfast ( all kept ready for three days ) .. we can see the Acropolis from Terrace. Very nice ,
