  It was very clean, comfortable and modern. The flat is in a really nice neighborhood, very alternative and many cute and cheap food spots.

  Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Tavernen und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe war wegen Oster Feiertage geschlossen, konnten aber ohne Probleme vor dem Haus parken. Gastgeber Yorgos war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Akropolis usw.)gut zu Fuß erreichen.

  De studio zit op een zeer leuke en makkelijke beloopbare locatie. De ingang is veilig en makkelijk te bereiken. De studio is brandschoon en gezellig en efficient ingericht.
  De keuken is exceptioneel rijk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, de studio voelt ruimtelijk en logisch opgezet.

  Het bed is super comfortabel en de locatie is geweldig. Alles is voor handen: je kan koken, strijken en wassen indien nodig. Het contact met Yorgos verliep zeer vlot!

  It's a small but clean appartement. All the basic facilities were present with a lot of welcome extras like a Nespresso machine and a washer and dryer combo. Modern pans, cutlery and plates were also very nice. The 35-40 min walk to the actual city centre never bothered us. The communication with the host was also very pleasant. Responds quick and sends helpful details and tips. I was surprised by the convenience of the nearby free parking, this I a huge bonus for this apartment because parking will typically cost you quite a lot in Athens. The parking garage owner does not speak English so communication is not possible (we had to call the host). But just step out of the car, leave the keys and go. The tenant will park your car and get it once you get back.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi is unstable and barely usable, we had to resort to cellular data from our phones. There is a keycard attached to the key that, like in hotels, activates the power to the apartment. This makes it so you cannot charge anything while you leave the apartment or use the washing machine. The heater/boiler for warm water is also connected to a timer that is set to 45 min. Every time you want to use warm water (also for showering) you have to turn on the heater manually and wait at least 25 min before the water is warm which is an inconvenience. I would advise to either leave the card in the holder or turn the timer to infinity so it never turns off even when you take out the keycard. (don't tell the host I said this ;))

  Ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο στο κέντρο των Εξαρχείων. Παρόλο την τοποθεσία του είχε αρκετή ησυχία και βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά σε ωραία συνοικιακά μπαράκια και ταβερνάκια. Το δωμάτιο σου παρείχε πραγματικά τα πάντα, δεν χρειαζόταν να πάρεις τίποτα μαζί σου για μια τριήμερη διαμονή . Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν επαγγελματίας και πολύ φιλόξενος μας είχε στείλει όλες τις πληροφορίες για το δωμάτιο και την περιοχή δύο μέρες πριν την άφιξη μας αλλά και κατά την διάρκεια σε ό,τι το χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί για εμάς . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

  I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished in a modern style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The host was extremely helpful and always available, providing great assistance whenever needed. Very kind and attentive, the host shared a detailed written guide that covered everything, making my stay effortless.
  
  The apartment is situated in a safe neighborhood, and even when I returned late at night, I felt completely secure walking back. The building itself is also clean and secure. An added bonus was the private indoor parking, available from 8:00 am to midnight, with the parking staff being very friendly and helpful. If you arrive outside of these hours, there’s always space to park on the street right in front of the apartment.
  
  The location is perfect, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment also has an espresso machine and some complimentary treats provided by the host. All essentials like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even extra towels were thoughtfully provided. The TV offers access to Netflix, YouTube, and other digital platforms, and the internet speed was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
  
  I would definitely stay here again if I visit in the future!

  What could be improved: The only thing that didn’t like is that you have to look for the key in a car shop and it’s like 200 meters away from the apartment and I found it annoying because I had a big luggage.
