Actually, it’s perfectly positioned where you can walk to all the major sites without feeling like you’re sleeping in Times Square, if you know what I mean. The neighborhood has that authentic Athens vibe where you’ll see locals doing their daily shopping and grabbing coffee at the corner kafeneio. There’s something really satisfying about stepping out and immediately being part of the city’s rhythm rather than observing it from some sterile hotel bubble.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail – the kind of stuff you only notice when someone’s actually thought about what travelers need. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just for show), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and honestly, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I’ve stayed in four-star hotels with worse mattresses, which probably explains that 9.2 rating. The space feels thoughtfully designed too – roomy enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase, but cozy enough that it feels like a home base rather than some cavernous rental. Check-in was smooth, and the host clearly knows the area well – they gave me some solid recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. If you’re the type who likes having your own space to spread out while still being in walking distance of everything Athens has to offer, this place really delivers on both fronts.

  Very spacious and super clean and nice apartment. Perfect for four adults (two parents and two grown up kids). The location was also great for us – very close to our family in Athens

  Sehr geräumig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Hintere Zimmer sehr ruhig.
  
  What could be improved: Beim duschen hat man das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser gestellt. Gewerbliche Ferienwohnung in einer reinen Wohngegend find ich persönlich immer etwas schwierig weil wir keinen Wohnraum wegnehmen wollen. Da hätte ich besser recherchieren sollen. Mein Fehler.
