You’d think being near a metro station would mean constant rumbling, but honestly, I slept better here than at some places I’ve stayed in supposedly quieter areas. They’ve clearly put thought into soundproofing. The whole experience feels like staying somewhere that gets a 9.0 rating because they’ve earned it, not because they’re trying to impress you with unnecessary extras.   Very nice and hospitable host. The apartment was located in a private building which was very clean. There was a public parking next to the apartment, during the week until 4 p.m. there was no problem to find a free space. The apartment was located near a metro station from which you could easily get to all the attractions of Athens. There was a gas station and Lidl nearby. During this holiday trip, it was one of the best apartment.

  The appartment was clean and comfy, the owner was very kind and he waited for us until midnight to check in. We had everything we needed for our stay. Metro station is 10-15 minutes away, suprmarket near and althought the location seems a bit dirty we felt safe to walk even at nights. Thank you.

  The property is really lovely. It was very spacious, airy and light and very clean. The beds are new and very comfortable. There is no wardrobe space in the rooms, but there is a separate room that has hanging space and space for the suitcases which is really nice as it keeps the room tidy and clear. There is a coffee pod machine with some pods supplied and hand soap in the bathroom and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. There is laundry facilities on the rooftop which was excellent as we stayed for two weeks. The hosts were fabulous and although we had a misunderstanding about one thing, it was cleared up quickly and it did not affect our stay. There is a fresh food market on a Saturday a few streets away which the hosts advised us about and there is a supermarket (Lidl) about 5 blocks away. There are many restaurants within 10 minutes walk and a service station on the corner. The metro station is about 10 minute walk and very easy to get from the airport to the apartment and to use for your adventures.

  Very nice, clean, spacious and light apartment. We were very impressed with the hosts and the house. There is a sunny terrace atop the building with a very nice ambiance, flowers, a bench and chairs.
  The apartment is beautiful, modern and retro made with taste. The fridge is very big, there is a coffee machine with capsules. You have everything you need. Verry comfortable big bed and two separate bads in the second room.
  The apartment is not within a walking distance from the center, but you have a metro station 5 minutes from the flat and the city center is 3 stations away.
  All the shops, supermarkets, coffee and services one might need, and even a gas station are only a minute away. There is free parking in the streets surrounding the building.
