I’ll be honest, when I first walked into Central Mini Suite, I wasn’t expecting much from the name – sounds pretty basic, right? But you know what, this place completely surprised me. It’s one of those hotels where the 4-star rating actually feels earned, not just slapped on for marketing purposes. The lobby has this warm, lived-in feeling that immediately puts you at ease, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had everything I needed.

The suites themselves are where this place really shines – and I mean, they’re called “mini” but honestly, they’re more spacious than a lot of regular hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The layout is clever, actually, with this little sitting area that doesn’t feel cramped against the sleeping space. What I loved most was the kitchenette situation – not just a mini-fridge and microwave thrown in the corner, but an actual functional setup where you could make a proper breakfast if you wanted to skip room service. The bathroom was surprisingly roomy too, with decent water pressure (always a gamble, let’s be real). I did notice some minor wear on the furniture, but nothing that detracted from the overall comfort level.

Location-wise, you’re really well positioned here. I could walk to most of the main attractions without needing rideshares constantly, which saved me a ton of money over the week I stayed. The neighborhood has that perfect balance – busy enough that you feel safe walking around at night, but not so hectic that you can’t sleep with the windows cracked open. Speaking of sleep, the rooms are actually pretty quiet considering how central everything is. Check-in was smooth, parking was straightforward (which is always a relief), and the 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. This isn’t trying to be some luxury destination hotel, but for what it is – a really solid, comfortable base for exploring the city – it absolutely delivers. I’d definitely stay here again.
