But after staying here, I actually get it. This place really does feel like your own little headquarters in the city, especially if you’re traveling with family or friends and need some actual space to spread out.

The two-bedroom setup is what makes this place shine – and I mean really shine. You’re not cramped into some tiny hotel room where everyone’s tripping over each other’s luggage. The bedrooms are properly sized (not those European “double” beds that barely fit one person), and there’s this lovely living area where you can actually hang out without sitting on someone’s bed. The kitchen isn’t just for show either – I’m talking full-size fridge, decent stovetop, all the basics you need if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every single meal. Which, let’s face it, gets expensive fast in most cities these days.

What really caught my attention was how much natural light floods the place – hence the “sunny” part of the name, I suppose. The windows are generous, and honestly, waking up to bright morning light instead of those heavy hotel blackout curtains made such a difference in how I felt each day. The whole vibe is more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in some sterile accommodation. You’ll find thoughtful touches throughout (good water pressure in the shower, thank god, and enough outlets for all your devices without playing musical chairs with chargers). The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. People seem to really appreciate having a proper home base, especially for longer stays or when you’re traveling with kids who need their own space. I mean, there’s something to be said for being able to close a bedroom door and have some quiet when you need it, rather than everyone piled into one room trying not to wake each other up.

  We spent 4 weeks there. The apartment is very bright and spacious, with beautiful view to the temple and cypress trees. New appliances in the kitchen: dish washer, washer, oven, coffee machine; there are a wide screen TV and comfortable sofa in guest room. There are 3 good cafes downstairs where you can eat delicious food. The location is very good, there are a beautiful temple nearby, several parks and a lot of cafes available even in weekends. The apartment has good high-speed internet, which was a huge advantage for us.

  We loved the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped.
  There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and plenty of ACs which makes it really convenient to chill in any of the rooms.
  We loved it here.
  The neighborhood is not that close to the major tourist spots and we needed to use public transport each time to get to the city center.
  But of course, this has nothing to do with the property.

  The house is exceptionally constructed and decorated. Lots of space to put our own things yet enough deco to make it feel personal. A cool and diverse selection of books in the library. All amenities were new and very clean, the kitchen and the bathrooms were great. Special mention on the shower – no curtain and spacious. There are automatic black-out shutters; very useful if you want to sleep late. The beds and pillows are comfortable – as is the couch and the dinning table. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a few shops for groceries.
