It’s the kind of setup where you can actually unwind without checking your watch every five minutes.

The suites themselves are really thoughtfully laid out – I mean, whoever designed these actually understood that people want space to spread out their stuff. The jacuzzi placement is smart too (not awkwardly shoved into a corner like I’ve seen elsewhere), and the water pressure is genuinely impressive. The sauna heats up properly and doesn’t feel cramped, which is honestly rare in hotel setups. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stays – the walls are thick enough that you’re not listening to your neighbor’s TV show or their own jacuzzi sessions. Check-in was surprisingly smooth, no weird holds on credit cards or confusing key card explanations.

Here’s the thing though – that 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated review padding. The staff actually seems to care about details most places overlook. Fresh towels show up without you having to call down and beg, the sauna gets cleaned between guests (you can tell), and they keep the common areas spotless without being intrusive about it. The whole place has this relaxed vibe where you feel like you can actually use the amenities you’re paying for. Parking was straightforward when I was there, no hunting around side streets or dealing with valet drama. I’d definitely book this again, especially if you’re looking for that private spa experience without the spa prices – it’s one of those places where the name actually matches what you get.

Hotel in Athens booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally acclaimed cultural and theatrical performances.

  The apartment is absolutely enchanting! Very confortable and nicely decorated. The location couldn´t be better, because we could easily walk everywhere in the historical center. The Acropolis, Syntagma, Parlament, Monastiraki and other important spots are not far. The area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and very alive. The terrace of the apartment had a great view to the Acropolis, specially at night. The jacuzzi and sauna were very convenient. I think it is one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in Athens and I highly recommend it.

  If you’re planning to visit Athens, this is the place to stay. Excellent location, right in the heart of the action—just a 4-minute walk to Monastiraki Square. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream are right at your doorstep. It’s a short walk to all the attractions, and you can see the Acropolis from the balcony. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. The flat is on the 1st floor, spacious studio with lift. It has a kitchenette , though there’s no stove or microwave, but it’s otherwise fully equipped with plates, cups etc. Tastefully decorated, very modern, super clean. The bed is comfortable, and there’s a huge sofa and cold AC. The apartment also has a Jacuzzi and sauna! It’s in the safest area in Athens, located right across from a police station, and is very quiet—you can’t hear any street noise. The host is attentive and responsive, and can arrange transport if needed, just ask. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Athens, if you are reading this , stay here! We will stay again.

  Highly recommend staying here. Vasili the host was a legend. He walked me through expanding everything I need to know. Gave me great recommendations. When I asked for a later check out time.
