  This flat was a fantastic find! Impeccably clean, bright, and airy, it was the perfect base for my Athens adventure. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the modern bathroom (with a fantastic shower!) was a welcome retreat after days of exploring.
  
  Tucked away on a charming street in Pangrati, the location was ideal. With the metro just a ten-minute walk away, I had easy access to all of Athens. Even better, the flat was surrounded by a fantastic selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants, allowing me to experience the rhythm of daily Athenian life in this chic and hip neighborhood.
  
  While the walls were a bit thin (typical of these charming Polykatoikia buildings), it didn't detract from my stay.

  A very welcoming , clean , spacious apartment with lots of natural lighting ! Excellent location within walking distance to cafes , restaurants, bars , supermarkets, parks and historic monuments. Very Close to the centre of Athens & kolonaki.

  The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The communication with the hostess was comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect, with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and an amazing ice cream shop just next to the apartment. We liked walking around the charming neighborhood and threw the beautiful botanical gardens on the way to the city center.
