I also appreciated the little details that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience. Like, there are plenty of outlets near the bed (thank you), the WiFi doesn’t randomly cut out every five minutes, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too – everything was consistently spotless without feeling like they’d been in there with a ruler measuring towel placement.
