  This hotel is the BEST! Super clean and spacious! I can’t say enough about the accommodations. You need to stay here when you go to Athens.
  The staff helped us arrange transportation and meals at incredible restaurants. They were so helpful and responsive. In fact, their advice proved to be so sound that I just began to do what they suggested…and the result was always incredible!!! I can’t say enough positive about these great folks!!

  This property is very centrally located and is by far one of the chicest, sophisticated and well-appointed apts. that I have ever stayed in abroad. Effie, the manager is lovely and so is the housecleaning staff. There was a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for me upon arrival and every morning they would leave breakfast at my door, all without asking. The building is brand new. It smells like Hermés, and is very modern in its finishing and aesthetic. Hands down, I will be staying at Kuka every time that I am in Athens. Every time.

  The location was fantastic, very central, close to The Acropolis and Syntagma Square. Everything was accessible on foot. The hotel is located in a quiet street in the absolute centre of Athens. We were amazed by the interior decoration of the hotel, one of the best and most spacious suites we have ever stayed in, with a separate living room and kitchenette section. The rare marbles and the wooden surfaces made our stay luxurious and the private swimming pool was the most delightful surprise of our stay. Special mention to the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff, especially Efi who took great care of us. I recommend this gem to any traveller seeking a prime experience visiting Athens.

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The most high end room decoration. Marbles and high quality woods. Best location in Athens, a few meters away from Acropolis, Syntagma square and Voukourestiou str. Very very clean, amazing service. Thank you Efi for this above expectations stay.

  The aesthetic and sense of luxury at Kuka are truly exceptional. The design, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere create an experience that’s both elegant and welcoming.
  
  The location is another huge plus: just a few minutes’ walk from the Acropolis Museum and the beautiful Dionysiou Areopagitou promenade. Nestled in the vibrant Koukaki neighborhood, there are countless cafés, restaurants, and local spots to explore right at your doorstep.
  
  Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in one of Athens’ most charming areas
