What really struck me was the neighborhood vibe – you’re close enough to feel connected to authentic Athens life without being right in the chaos of the main tourist drags. I found myself grabbing coffee from this little spot nearby most mornings, and the locals started recognizing me by day three, which never happens when you’re staying in those big chain hotels. The apartment’s location gives you that insider feeling, where you can duck back for an afternoon break (crucial during those scorching summer afternoons) or store some of those olive oils and local treats you inevitably buy too much of. Actually, having a proper fridge and counter space turned out to be way more valuable than I expected – there’s something about being able to make your own Greek coffee in the morning while planning your day that just hits different. The whole experience feels more authentic, more connected to how people actually live in Athens, rather than just passing through as a tourist.

  The location is very close to historical places. Everything was very nice.

  Appartamento nuovo, pulito e funzionale, dotato di ogni accessorio necessario. A 3 minuti a piedi da metro e bar pasticceria H24 aperti per colazioni e take away.

  The apartment was quite large and spacious with balcony.
  
  What could be improved: The house was always freezing cold, even with the icon switched on, it would take forever for the temperature to become reasonable. The same goes for the water never seem to go above a lukewarm temperature. Probably a nice place to visit in the summer.

  Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr gute Informationen im Vorfeld. Früchte und Wasser als Begrüßung bei Ankunft.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann alles in der Athener Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Leider ist die Situation direkt vor dem Apartment etwas schwierig, da sich viele Drogenabhängige auf der Straße aufhalten. Es ist nicht unsicher aber es ist kein schöner Anblick. Nach 50 Metern Richtung Tsaldari hat man diesen Bereich aber bereits hinter sich gelassen. Für mich war die Situation OK.
