The soundproofing is actually decent, and there’s this calm energy throughout the building that makes you think the other guests are probably the type who respect shared spaces. The staff – well, I’m guessing Jo and Ju themselves, or at least people who work like they own the place – seem to have figured out that sweet spot between being helpful when you need something and not hovering around trying to upsell you on spa treatments every five minutes.
