The second bedroom works well if you’re traveling with friends or family, and I appreciated that they didn’t skimp on the kitchen setup. You can actually cook a real meal here, which matters when you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local markets.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night, despite being in the city center. The building seems well-insulated, and the neighborhood settles down nicely after the dinner crowd disperses. Check-in was straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around wondering if you’re at the right entrance. The 9.5 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s those small touches that add up. Good water pressure (seriously underrated), reliable wifi, and air conditioning that actually works when Athens hits those sweltering summer stretches. I stayed during peak season and never felt like I was fighting the heat. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can be typical Athens challenging, but honestly, you won’t need a car much from this spot anyway. The metro connections are solid, and most of what you want to see is walkable. This isn’t one of those places where you feel like you’re staying in a tourist bubble – you’re in a real neighborhood that happens to be incredibly well-located.

  The apartment is in a very convenient location. Only minutes to Syngrou Fix Metro station. Directly downstairs there is a great cafe and around the corner is a great bakery. Spacious apartment with all the amenities needed. Nina the host was great and very helpful.

  Very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms. It’s located in a very convenient location. We walked to everywhere and public transportation was very close by. The hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating. They were very kind for letting us checking out a little bit later than the normal check out time.
