Walking in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. The lobby has this lived-in comfort that feels genuine rather than staged – you can tell they’ve put thought into creating spaces where people want to linger rather than just pass through. I actually ended up chatting with other guests in the common areas, which rarely happens at more sterile chain hotels. The staff seems to know regulars by name, and honestly, that 8.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve spent a night or two here. They handle the little things well – like remembering your coffee preference or suggesting the quieter rooms if you mention you’re a light sleeper.

What I really appreciated was how the place feels authentic without trying too hard. The rooms have character without being cluttered, and there’s this attention to practical comfort that you only notice when it’s done right. Good water pressure (thank god), blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this might sound small but it matters – enough outlets near the bed for all your devices. The soundproofing is solid too, which isn’t always a given even with 4-star places. I stayed on a weekend and barely heard any hallway noise, though I’d still request a room away from the elevators if you’re particularly sensitive to sound. The whole experience just felt… thoughtful, I guess? Like they’ve figured out what actually makes a stay comfortable rather than just checking boxes on some hospitality list.

  Apartment location was convenient for me. Property was clean and tidy. Owner was very friendly and supportive. Can easily rent the unit any time in the future.
  
  What could be improved: The shower system needs some repair work. The shower telephone not keeping in position and the top shower fix head needs descaling or replacement since no water is freely running through. Also some of the pictures showing in booking.com do not correspond to the actual apartment since there are 3 units on top of each other but different arrangements.
