The neighborhood has that lived-in feel too — real cafes where locals grab their morning coffee, not just tourist traps.

  The apartment is very spacious and very very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great with plenty of hot water. In the scorching heat of Athens the air conditioner in every room was simply wonderful. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary household items, including paper napkins.
  
  The hosts were outstanding: we could contact them at any time and every time the response was immediate and courteous. They extended many small courtesies, all of them greatly appreciated. This really made our stay special.
  The location is in a safe upmarket residential neighborhood, on a quiet street, one minute walk from a well-stocked supermarket.

  The property is very well maintained. The table for 6 was very good and seating area was proper.
  The location of the property is also good and closed to bus stop and tram stop.
  The instructions for check in and checkout and using of facilities was properly explained through video.

  Easy and fast communication. We got all the information explaining everything in video format prior to our arrival. But whatever you need to ask Luca is always there to help and support. The apartment was very clean and offers a water bottle in the fridge, coffee capsules, sugar, shower gel, shampoo and towels, all the basics until you can visit a supermarket. The location is great, you have everything you need in a 5-10 minutes radious. It is also about 10minutes walking distance from Evaggelismos metro station. Fast wifi, big television and a very big sofa that turns into bed in the living room. Small balcony which you can access from both living room doors. Windows have electronic shutters and mosquito nets. Air condition in all bedrooms. It has a full bathroom with toilet and the second one is toilet and washing basin. We would definitely recommend it for families. We will book it again anytime.

  The communication was very easy. We received a very informative welcome message and useful videos eg. how to get in the flat.
  The appartement was spotless clean, we got water in the fridge, some coffe capsules, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, etc. They were super useful, and we are really thankful for them, because are flight was delayed and after we arrived to the appartment we could have rest and did not have to run to look for an open supermarket.
  The location is great, the flat is about 10minutes walking distance from bus stops and metro station.
  We spent 5 days there with small kids, the flat was also comfortable for them. There are blinders on the windows, with which we could make the rooms 100% dark. Mosquito nets helped to let fresh air in, but keep the bugs out.
  So all in all, we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it for families, too. We would return again anytime.
