Plus, having that Starbucks right there means you’re also near the good local coffee spots (the Greeks take their coffee seriously, trust me), and you’re perfectly positioned to explore Flisvos without needing to figure out transportation every time you want to do something. The whole setup just works – it’s got that 8.4 rating because it delivers on the luxury promise while keeping you connected to what makes this part of Athens special. You’re not just staying near the marina, you’re actually part of the neighborhood for however long you’re there.

  Rented this stay with several months in advance.
  Few weeks before our trip, was surprised to start seeing negative/not so positive reviews.
  This is NOT our case!
  
  Upon arrival, everything was as expected.
  
  The apartment was equipped above average.
  It had a washing machine, which helped organize our somewhat extensive vacations.
  As we intended to cook in the apartment, we resorted to existing utensils and appliances. From an induction hob, to a microwave, kettle and even a coffee maker.
  As a bonus, it even had a dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise for us.
  The living room was large, with a large and comfortable sofa, had a television and internet access (for those who have difficulty copying the password, just use the QRCODE found on the rooter).
  
  The bathroom had a large enough shower. Airy and bright.
  
  The room could be more spacious, despite the size of the bed that was big and comfortable enough for a couple to rest and recharge, after tiring days walking around Athens.
  It is not an apartment with views to the outside, but this is not advertised either. The windows face the back and side of the building, so there was no fear of intrusion or lack of privacy. It has a small balcony that we could use to put our clothes to dry, on an existing clothesline.
  
  As for the neighborhood where the building is located, it proved to be safe and "well lived in". Cafes, restaurants and some shops nearby, with a supermarket 5 minutes walk distance.
  Access to transport is on the other side of the road. Facilitating travel to any point in Athens, beaches or even the airport.
  
  One of the reasons that led us to choose this apartment was also the proximity to the beaches, and it turned out to be a good bet, as there is a beach 10 minutes away on foot and the rest with direct access via the Tram, on the other side of the road.
  
  In conclusion, a well-located, well-equipped apartment that helped to have a well-spent and peaceful holiday in Athens and the islands.
