The furnishings aren’t Instagram-perfect, but they’re real and comfortable, the kind of place where you can actually relax after spending the day climbing around the Acropolis. The Wi-Fi’s solid too, which matters more than people admit when you’re trying to figure out metro routes or looking up restaurant recommendations.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, despite being in the city. You’re positioned just right where you catch those amazing sunset views over Lycabettus – honestly, the golden hour light hitting that hill is something else – but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos down in Plaka. The building’s got character without being falling apart, if you know what I mean. Check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times ahead of time since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. The 8.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s genuinely good without being pretentious about it. You’re getting authentic Athens living with that view that’ll make you understand why people have been drawn to this city for thousands of years. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself lingering on the balcony with morning coffee, watching the city wake up below.

  Great facility, lots of room for group of 5., balcony on both sides of building with view of Acropolis and Lycabettus.
  
  What could be improved: It would be useful to have a hook on the wall for the shower hose in the small bathroom. No mirror in the bedrooms.

  A wonderful apartment and really welcoming hosts. The young man who gave us the keys was really kind and polite and gave us some lovely recommendations of places to eat – we tried all of them and were amazed!
  
  I stayed there with 5 other friends and the apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and just perfect for a small group of people. It was wonderful to have a terrace and the view from the bedrooms was incredible. You can even see the Acropolis from there! We also loved the neighbourhood – full of character and small shops, bars/ cafés and bookshops. We felt really lucky to be able to stay there. Thank you so much!
  
  What could be improved: This is a very small, quite insignificant thing, but it would be nice to have more pillows and bigger ones if possible. We only had 1 pillow each and they were very small.

  Great place in a great location. Even better than the pictures to be honest. The guy welcoming us was great, and really picked us up after a long day of traveling. The two first bedrooms are super comfortable. And great view from the many balconies
  
  What could be improved: There are only two things that are bad. One is that the apartment smells like cigarettes (!!) and that the bed in the last bedroom wobbles and creaks with every breath you take so we had to switch bedrooms in the middle of the night. Should be fixable though.

  Nice roomy apartment with all the necessities for a stay in Athens. Periklis was waiting for us for check-in and provided great recommendations for restaurants and shopping.
  
  What could be improved: Shower curtains might be a good addition to the apartment to avoid flooding the bathrooms while showering.
  Also dish towels and kitchen tissues would have been welcome.

  All was very good. There was a guy waiting for us when arrived. In front of the building there is a paid parking so you can leave the car there. The apartment is close to lycabetus hill (10 mins walk) and 30 mins from the downtown. The location was perfect for our trip. Apartment was clean and the space was enough for 5-6 people. We enjoyed it a lot.
