But actually spending a few nights there? It completely changed my perspective on what a 3-star place in Athens can offer.

The thing that struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment-style comfort and hotel convenience. I mean, you’ve got your own space to spread out (which is honestly a lifesaver after long days of tramping around ancient ruins), but you’re not dealing with the usual apartment rental headaches. The location is what really makes this place shine though – and I’m not just throwing around that “convenient location” nonsense everyone says. You can actually walk to the Acropolis without taking the metro, which sounds obvious given the name, but trust me, there are plenty of “Acropolis” hotels that require a solid hike uphill. The neighborhood has that authentic Athens vibe too, with little tavernas tucked into side streets where you’ll hear more Greek than English.

What really impressed me was how well they’ve thought through the practical stuff that matters when you’re actually living there for a few days. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional – not just some token mini-fridge and hot plate situation. I ended up grabbing groceries from the local market (there’s one about two blocks away that the locals actually use) and cooking a few meals, which honestly saved me a ton of money and felt more authentic than eating tourist food every night. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which I mention because I’ve been burned before trying to work from Greek hotels. Sound-wise, it’s pretty quiet considering you’re in the heart of the city – though you’ll definitely hear some street life, especially on weekend nights, but that’s Athens for you. The 9.0 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there because it’s one of those places that just works. Everything feels intentional rather than thrown together, from the way they handle check-in (super smooth, no standing around lobbies) to little details like having decent hangers in the closets. It’s not luxury in the marble-and-gold sense, but it’s luxury in the “everything I need actually functions properly” sense, which honestly matters more when you’re traveling.

  Excellent location, close to center, Acropolis and other monuments. Host is very kind, standing on disposal for all needs. Comfortable beds, clean apartment, large rooms.

  Breakfast was prepared for us in the refrigerator. Location was good and convenient to walk around.

  The place was well equipped . We were pleased to see a stocked kitchen . Bathroom had a laundry machine; we were delighted to see. Fridge had orange juice, peach juice, milk, plenty of bread, cheese, and deli meat. This made us feel at home 🙂
  Beds were comfortable and nicely made.
  The cleaning service is supposed to come every two days but actually for us they came the very next day which was a pleasant surprise when we got back to see our beds made, and clothes folded!
  Host was very responsive at all hours of the night, on WhatsApp , friendly , respectful and helpful. Arranged transfer for us back to the airport as uber prices are not fixed so we decide to take a fixed price ride which the host was able to arrange. Overall very nice and pleasant experience.
  Location close to restaurants. In fact one of the best bakeries , charitos is at only 2 min walk !

  It was a super stay, everything between location, to comfort and value for money is on top. The host was great, met me pretty late in the night and was responsice when it was a short problem with wifi. The apartment is clean and modern. Can recommend.

  The communication with the property was probably one of the nicest I ever had. Dinos and his colleague were super friendly and helpful and really arranged everything for us despite our arrival in the middle of the night.
  The apartment is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with lots of small shops and restaurants and walking distance from the town center.
  We had enough in our fridge on arrival to make a nice breakfast before starting the day.
  The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for few days.
