The 8.3 rating makes sense to me because it delivers on what it promises without any major surprises, good or bad. Hotel in Athens booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally acclaimed cultural and theatrical performances.

  Perfect location for shopping, restaurants and numerous free beaches (within walking distance with children). Coffee shop across the road was great. Air con in all rooms, it was much needed and appreciated!

  The owner was very helpful, prompt and professional in his communication. The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location. It has air-conditioning in the main living space and both bedrooms. This was very handy given the summer heat! The kettle was very dirty due to the mineral build up. We informed the owner and he dropped off a new kettle the same afternoon.

  This is an excellent place for city lovers as well as for people travelling for business purposes. Everything is at easy reach including to that it is well connected with the wider Athens area.
  Bonus is that the property is extremely close to a multitude of sea sores along the cost line of southern Athens .
