  Excellent price and quality ratio. The modernly furnished, spacious and cozy apartments with nice pictures on the walls. Very helpful host, who responded very quickly to all inquiries. Good place, very close to the public transport stop.

  An apartment in one of Athens' neighborhoods. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Balconies around. Netflix and good Wi-Fi are included. Safe neighborhood. Excellent bakery, just 50 m down the street. There is an exciting minimarket near the building with unique groceries from Africa. It was not a very central location, so we managed to park on the streets nearby. Detailed instructions and easy communication with the owner through WhatsApp.

  Everything was great. The host was very welcoming and available on WhatsApp if required. He provided us with restaurant recommendations on arrival, as well as telling where the local supermarket and bakery were. They provided a fridge full of bottled water, which was appreciated in the heat, and they also provided some toast and jam for breakfast.
  The apartment in general was fab! The sofa and bed were comfortable, it was light and airy and the air con was great.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, the landlord went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Despite our arrival being delayed by an hour, they kindly waited for us and greeted us warmly. Not only did they assist us with finding the best parking options, but they also took the time to give us valuable recommendations for restaurants both in the neighborhood and even beyond Athens, offering insights for when we ventured to the beach and Arahova.
  
  The apartment itself was a gem. It had been tastefully renovated, boasting two cozy bedrooms that provided us with ample space and comfort during our stay. While the bathroom could have been a tad larger, it was clean and well-maintained, meeting our needs perfectly.
  
  The location of the apartment was ideal for us. Nestled in a calm area, we enjoyed the tranquility while still being surrounded by an abundance of cafes, bakeries, and bars. It truly offered the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.
  
  Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The landlord's kindness and helpfulness, combined with the comfortable accommodations and prime location, made for a memorable stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Athens.
