The 4-star rating fits perfectly because this place doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s polished without being pretentious, which is honestly refreshing. The rooms have this lived-in elegance that makes you feel settled immediately. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms have proper water pressure – you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details: decent lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and windows that actually open if you prefer fresh air over constant AC.

The staff here seems to really know their stuff, and they’re not just going through the motions. When I asked about getting around the area, the front desk person gave me specific advice about timing and routes that only comes from local knowledge. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s the kind of place where everything just works without drama. Check-in was smooth (I arrived a bit early and they had my room ready), and the whole experience felt effortless in that way that only happens when a place is genuinely well-run. The common areas never felt crowded, even though the hotel seemed pretty full during my stay. There’s something about the layout that keeps it feeling spacious and calm, which I really valued after long days of exploring.   The apparments are very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood (relatively) close to all attractions. The metro is 15 minutes away. The room was very clean and comfortable; the kitchen and bath were excellent. It was a perfect housing for a three days visit to Athens. We highly recommend it.

  Clean apartment suitable for our stay
  
  What could be improved: We felt there was only 1 decent bar/ restaurant within 5 min walk. Some small local areas to sit and have a drink by the roadside. But we travelled into the city to eat.

  The location is amazing, there are a lot of coffees, stores and restaurants around. At a walking distance to the most touristic places. The apartment is comfortable and the kitchen is perfect to cook delicious dishes.
  
  What could be improved: I actually chose the apartment because of the gym. The gym was a bit disappointing, but more or less useful.

  Spacious, clean, great location and fab host. Easy to find and good size. Kitchen easy to use and tv in both rooms.
  
  What could be improved: Shower head wasn’t great and not adjustable but was good size bathroom and clean.
  Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for kids but it was ok for short stay.
  Towels aren’t included for change or daily housekeeping but we managed to keep clean ourselves
