The metro access they mention in the name isn’t just marketing speak – there’s actually a station close enough that you can hear the trains if you listen carefully, but it’s not intrusive at all. What I really appreciated was how the whole setup feels authentically Athenian rather than some sterile vacation rental. The building has that lived-in character you find in this part of the city – nothing too polished or trying too hard. The jacuzzi isn’t one of those massive resort-style things, but it’s perfectly sized for two people and the water pressure is surprisingly good (trust me, I’ve been disappointed by enough European hot tubs to know the difference). Clean towels that actually smell fresh, decent water pressure in the shower, and – this might sound weird but – the neighbors are the good kind of noisy. You’ll hear life happening around you, kids playing in the courtyard below, someone practicing piano in the afternoon, but it never feels chaotic or keeps you awake.

I stayed here during shoulder season in late April, and the rooftop was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine sessions without being too hot during the day. I imagine summer might get pretty intense up there, but honestly, that’s what the jacuzzi is for, right? The metro connection really does make exploring the city effortless – you can be in Monastiraki or Syntagma in minutes, then come back to your private oasis when the tourist crowds get overwhelming. It’s that rare Athens accommodation where you actually want to spend time at the property instead of just using it as a place to crash between sightseeing.

  Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent roof terrace with amazing views and space to eat, rest and use the hot tub!

  Area is a little out of the centre but only a 5 mins walk to metro and then 2 stops to the main attractions. Can walk to acropolis in 25 mins.

  The flat was great! Very clean, good size for two people with an amazing private deck and view of the acropolis. It’s close enough to the centre that we didn’t need to use any public transportation but if we did there were plenty of options nearby.
  
  The host was very quick to respond to any of our queries. The area seems to be where locals frequent so lots of restaurants and bars in the area that are cheaper than central Athens that may be geared more towards tourists.
  
  Overall we had an amazing time but would say that the flat is on top of an office building and the lift machinery is next to the flat so on weekdays from about 8am you can hear the lift mechanics which was a little disruptive to a lie in but we got used to it quite quickly. Also there are no towels for the hot tub provided during our stay so suggest you check with the host beforehand if some could be provided so you don’t have to use your shower towel.

  The host was very helpful and answered all questions immediately. The apartment was clean and bright, and the view of the Acropolis stunning. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

  It's an ideal city center place for young couple that want a romantic night with Acropolis view , and spend an unforgettable evening. Facilities are very good (Coffee machine, iron machine, tv with Netflix)… Every thing is well organized, the staff is very friendly and very helpful.
  Every thing was super clean, I would still recommend this place. The jacuzzi was already hot when we arrived, that was cool.
  
  What could be improved: The district is very bad, close to Omonia, with a lot of outside sleepers in front of the main doors, it was super noisy with police sirens and to find a parking spot , as expected, to park in Athens city center is a mess.
  
  So this place is ideal for young travelers , couple, that want to stay close to the city center, and using metro station or buses.
  
  The morning after 9am you have a strong elevator noise, from the hall, so if you're not a strong sleeper , take something to help you for the morning:)
