You know what caught me off guard about Serenity & Luxury – Elegant 2BR in Kifisia’s Center? I honestly expected it to be one of those places that sounds amazing online but feels sterile in person. I was completely wrong. Walking into this 4-star apartment, I immediately got that “oh, this is actually someone’s home” feeling – if someone happened to have impeccable taste and way more money than me.

The location in Kifisia is genuinely perfect, and I mean that without the usual travel writer hyperbole. You’re right in the heart of this upscale northern suburb where Athenians actually want to live, not just visit. I could walk to those gorgeous tree-lined streets where locals do their evening volta (you’ll see what I mean), and there’s this authentic neighborhood energy that’s completely different from the touristy chaos downtown. The morning coffee runs to the local kafeneio became part of my routine – something I never expected to say about Athens. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which honestly surprised me given how narrow some of these residential streets get.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve nailed that balance between luxury and livability. The two bedrooms are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re stepping on each other, and the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this). The kitchen is properly equipped – I’m talking real knives and decent cookware, not the usual apartment rental nonsense. I ended up cooking more than planned because everything just worked. The whole space has this calming, sophisticated vibe without feeling like a museum where you’re afraid to touch anything. Actually, that 9.9 rating makes complete sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place where every small detail has been thought through, from the quality of the towels to the way the morning light hits the living room. Well, there was one tiny thing – the shower pressure could be stronger, but honestly, after walking around Athens all day, I barely noticed. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between authentic Athens living and genuine comfort, this is it.

  Great location – close to the heart of shops and great bars and restaurants. Also close to the metro, only 30 min from the centre of Athens.

  Highly recommend a stay at this perfectly located and thoughtfully designed apartment in the heart of Kifisia.
  
  Planning a trip to Greece with a two year old boy was both exciting and stressful. We needed a place that would also work for a family. A place that can feel like Home, with all the necessities such as a crib, a second room, washer, dryer and kitchen.
  A place that can make our little one and us comfortable. We thankfully found all this and more in this sleekly designed apartment.
  
  The grocery store is steps away from the unit and one can find all they need. Even late at night, there are at least two kiosks "periptero" nearby for any late night run for items such as us running out of milk for little one.
  For those of you not familiar with the center of Kifisia it is a gem. Lively, tons of boutique shopping and delicious coffee and food. Extremely convenient both for public transit, train and driving. Also, there are numerous pharmacies and even pediatrician offices nearby, and that can come in handy if your little one falls sick or if you just need to go get some sunblock etc.
  
  Although centrally located, the block is residential and quiet, we experienced no noise issues. As such you have the best of both worlds.
  
  The unit was very clean and everything was in tip top shape. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous garden and fruit trees. Great place to relax after a day of exploring.

  The place was spotless, everything new and with great taste. Highly eqipted, beds very comfortable, small balcony. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals
  Also the instruction descriptions we received from the owner were so accurate, we totaly did a self check-in. Highly recommended!

  Apartment is in a nice and quite position but at the same time in the center where all the shops, bars and restaurants are. Everything was clean and all amenities you could need where there.
  Great think is the parking which is right next door. Communication with the host was easy and clear. My recommendation!

  Beautiful and spacious apartment. Located in the center of Kifisia but still very quiet. Host was very accommodating and helpful. They even provided us with a baby crib. Free parking is also a big plus. Would highly recommend.

  the accommodation was very clean, surprisingly quiet at night considering the locality . The location is central, near shops and restaurants.

  Well lit, comfortable living and dining areas. Great sunlight during the day. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking a treed garden. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Private and quiet. Excellent location, close to Metro, stores, and parks. Lovely hosts who were responsive to any questions we might have had.
