The location is where this place really shines, and I say this as someone who’s stayed in way too many Athens accommodations over the years. You’re close enough to the city center that getting into the historical districts doesn’t require planning your whole day around transportation, but far enough out that you escape that constant buzz of scooters and late-night revelers that can make sleeping in central Athens… well, challenging. The Riviera setting gives you these moments – maybe it’s your morning coffee with a view, or the way the evening light hits the water – that remind you why people have been drawn to this coast for thousands of years. I found myself taking different routes back “home” each day just to see what I’d discover, and there’s something really satisfying about having a proper base to return to rather than just a hotel room.   House is fresh, new, beds are comfy. Perfect for 4-5 pol or family who wants to be near biach. The street in front is loud with cars but bedrooms are very quiet so when u close windows ur very comfy at home in silens. Its out of town and u need about 15-20 mins to get to the center by car. But if u prefear beach its perfect. 10 mn walk and ur on pribaye beach, bars and seafood restraunts. Spar and 1-2 shops are near so u can buy some products. Tjere are no shoppong cemters nearby so i mast go to Glidada or city senter. Overaly my froends wanted house by the see so it was jast right for this request. We asked for early check in and host agreed so this is plus too

  The appartment is huge and fully equipped! Great location – 3min drive from Bolivar Beach.
  The host is very nice, concidering and understanding.
  Very Recommended for groups – We were 5 people and we stayed for 5 nights.
