I’ll be honest – when I first booked the Stylish penthouse with Acropolis and 360 view, I was a bit skeptical about whether it would live up to the hype. You know how these places can oversell themselves, right? But stepping out onto that terrace for the first time… well, let’s just say I immediately understood why this place has a 9.4 rating.

The Acropolis view is obviously the star here, and it’s honestly breathtaking no matter what time of day you catch it. I mean, you’re literally looking at one of the world’s most iconic monuments from your morning coffee spot – it never gets old. But what surprised me was how the 360-degree panorama changes throughout the day. In the morning, you get this golden light washing over the ancient stones, then by evening the city lights start twinkling below while the monument gets dramatically lit up. The terrace wraps around enough that you can actually follow the sunset, which is something I didn’t expect. Fair warning though – you’ll spend way more time than planned just standing out there taking it all in.

What I really appreciated was how the penthouse actually feels lived-in rather than sterile. The furniture has character (that leather sofa is perfectly worn-in), and there’s proper blackout curtains – essential when you’re dealing with all that natural light and want to sleep past sunrise. The kitchen‘s well-equipped too, which matters because honestly, eating every meal out in Athens gets expensive fast. I picked up some fresh produce from the local markets and made breakfast most mornings while enjoying that view – definitely a highlight. The shower pressure is solid, and the air conditioning works well, which you’ll appreciate during summer months when Athens gets properly hot. One small thing – the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the bedroom, but it’s fine in the main living area where you’ll probably be working anyway if you’re mixing business with pleasure. Check-in was smooth, and the host actually gave me some great recommendations for places that aren’t in every guidebook. They suggested this little taverna about a ten-minute walk away that became my go-to dinner spot – the kind of local insight that makes a real difference when you’re exploring a city like Athens.

  We looked at so many places before deciding on this one, and we are SOOO GLAD we stayed here. First, the acropolis view was so special, I would stay here for that alone – but the mountain and city views were also beautiful. We loved the area and the walk to the city center along a leafy and pedestrian only street lined with restaurants and another fabulous acropolis view. By comparison, Plaka felt like a manicured stage set for tourists, full of crowds and souvenir shops. The apartment has quality designer furniture and everything you need. Thank you to Anastasia 🙏

  This apartment is a good reason to come back to Athens: a dream in every respect. Great roof terrace (fully furnished), very nice and tastefully decorated room, very large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (with a full fridge), very friendly host… The view from the roof terrace is really great, we ended up not visiting many of the attractions – Athens from above is simply a fantastic experience. From the apartment, most of the tourist destinations can be easily reached on foot (if you're not particularly walking-challenged), otherwise there are two metro stations and several bus connections. The district is lively and in close proximity to a beautiful pedestrian zone.

  This is one of the properties, rarely met, where description and pictures does not much the reality. But in opposite way than usual. Here the reality is much better than I expected. Owners could do better on sales… The location, although not so obvious, is perfect. Easy walking distance to train line to airport, same easy direct walks (about 1-1,5km) to the city centre, and all the sightseeing sites. Nearby bars and shops are perfect for a stay. And apartment itself – common, it is amazing. All the facilities works, everything is comfortable. Great place.

  This apartment was one of the very finest places we’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely clean and in a great location. There were many special touches that made it extra special such as, fresh fruit, flowers, wine, nuts, biscuits and coffee. The. iré of the Acropolis lit up at night was simply magical. Anastasia and Lia’s taste in artwork and “creature comforts” made us feel very much at home.

  Location is amazing, beautiful views of the city, the Acropolis, and the mountains. The apartment is like a small house on top of an apartment building, with a very large terrace and very nice amenities (full kitchen, jacuzzi…).
