  The property is well cared for and comfortable. It's close to the subway station and many restaurants. On top of everything, the accommodation is pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dog. The host is very helpful, and always on top of the communication.
  
  What could be improved: The host previously informed us that there was a nightclub in front of the place. Unfortunately, it was a bit louder than we expected, with the party ending early in the morning (after 6 am). We were ok to sleep with the sound of music, but later in the night, people would be fighting, screaming and crying right in front of our window. It's a shame because this is out of the host's control as there are many nightclubs in this area. We would have had a perfect stay if it wasn't for this.

  The location is nice everything really close like restaurants, coffee shops and etc. Apartment is nice and cozy
  
  What could be improved: The surroundings, because there is construction going on around and the view is not nice from balcony.

  The apartment is very modern, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable. The air conditioning and WiFi are excellent. The owner is available for assistance and suggestions for dining and sightseeing. He speaks excellent English. We would definitely stay here again. Much better value and more spacious than a hotel room.
  
  What could be improved: It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the popular areas for dining. But it's easy, flat and well lit at night. On weekends there is a little noise from a nearby club. It didn't disturb our sleep much

  Wonderful experience in a clean modern and well furnished apartment close to Metro and within easy walking distance from Monastiraki and Syntagma. Washing machine and drying rack were nice features. Great communication with hosts, who were clearly eager to facilitate a pleasant stay and provided useful travel advice.
  
  What could be improved: We have stayed in a dozen European apartments on this trip and every one but this apartment offered coffee, tea, and basic cooking spices/condiments. We found no such amenities here – not even salt and pepper. Not a deal breaker – we greatly enjoyed our stay – but we offer the observation if the hosts want to make a great place even better.
