What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to create that luxury apartment feel without making you feel like you’re staying in some sterile corporate housing. The rooms are spacious – and I mean actually spacious, not that fake “spacious” hotels love to claim. You’ve got proper living areas where you can spread out your laptop, kick back with a coffee, or honestly just exist without bumping into furniture every two seconds. The kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped too, which is perfect if you’re like me and get tired of eating out every single meal when you travel. I actually found myself making breakfast there most mornings, just because the setup was so convenient and the morning light in those rooms is really something.

The staff here gets it – they’re attentive without being hovery, if you know what I mean. Check-in was smooth, no weird delays or paperwork drama, and when I had a question about local restaurants, the front desk person gave me actual recommendations, not just the standard tourist trap suggestions. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was straightforward (always a relief in busy areas), and the elevators are quick – small detail, but when you’re hauling luggage or just tired after a long day, these things matter. The whole place has that 9.3 rating for good reason, actually. It’s one of those properties where you can tell they’ve thought through what travelers really need, rather than just checking boxes on some generic luxury list. Whether you’re there for business or just want a home base that doesn’t feel cramped, Technopolis delivers on comfort without the pretentious attitude.

  Teos, the host was really easy to communicate with, he was available upon check-in and acted quickly to solve an issue with Wi-Fi. He even upgraded my room choice to one with a balcony that was a plus.

  The apartment has everything that you need – small kitchen with fridge and kettle, kitchen utensils, coffee and tea; super comfortable bed, working AC, but the biggest advantage is the huge terrace with garden furniture where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the night with glass of wine. The apartment is located few mins walk from underground so you can reach Monastiraki or Syntagma within few minutes, but we often just walk there (everything is close by). We were in touch with Theo and he really took good care of us. Highly recommend!

  The host is realy kind and reactive if we need anything. The apartment is clean and very well accomodated with cofee fridge and a confortable bed. Fresh in summer with terrazo floor and balcony !
  It is practical to go ti the airport and to the center and acropolis. It is a very nice bnb to visit Athens

  This was the second time I stayed here, as I was very satisfied with my stay last year. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was especially very comfortable and I slept very well. Proprietor was very nice and helpful. The kitchenette was nice and functional for a few days stay.
  
  What could be improved: The neighborhood is quite noisy, but assuming one would be out all day as most tourists, that should not be a problem. I spent the first day the whole day in the apartment because I was exhausted and needed to sleep, so that's the only reason why the noise in the neighborhood was disturbing to me.
