The elevators are quick, which sounds trivial until you’re staying somewhere with slow ones and realize how much time you waste just standing there. Even the WiFi worked perfectly, and I was doing video calls for work without any issues. The housekeeping team was thorough but not intrusive – they’d clean while I was out exploring and leave everything exactly as I’d want it. I actually ended up extending my stay by two nights because the whole experience felt effortless in a way that’s pretty rare. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there, because it’s not trying to be flashy or revolutionary – it’s just consistently doing everything right.
