There’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about every detail – and I mean the kind of details that matter when you’re actually living in a space, not just photographing it. The lighting is spot-on (no harsh overhead fluorescents that make you look like a zombie), and honestly, the way they’ve arranged everything feels more like a carefully curated home than a typical hotel room. I kept finding myself noticing little touches throughout my stay – like how the bathroom mirror doesn’t fog up completely after a hot shower, or the way there’s actually enough counter space for all your stuff without playing travel-sized Tetris.

What really got me was how quiet it stays, even during what I’d consider peak hours. I mean, you’re not in some isolated bubble, but the soundproofing is surprisingly good. I could hear a bit of city life filtering in – which I actually liked because it felt authentic – but never anything that interrupted sleep or phone calls. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that drawn-out lobby ritual where you’re standing around for twenty minutes while they explain every amenity three times. They get that you probably just want to drop your bags and start exploring. Speaking of exploring, you’re positioned really well here – I found myself walking to places I’d normally grab a ride to, and there’s something satisfying about that kind of accessibility. The whole setup just works in that effortless way that only happens when someone’s put serious thought into the guest experience. It’s the kind of place where you immediately start planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out, and at a 4-star level, it delivers that premium feel without any of the stuffiness that can make you feel like you’re tiptoeing around your own temporary home.

  Perfect location, extremely well equipped and furnished, very calm even though central. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful owner.

  We had a brilliant 3 weeks staying in this apartment. The bedroom was extremely quiet, it was hard to believe that you were in the centre of a major European city especially in the bedrooms. Location amazing; no shortage of great restaurants to eat out in, lots of attractions close to hand, the Acropolis is probably only 20/25 minutes walk but the Evangelismos metro is only 2 blocks away if you want to save your feet. Fresh fish and vegetables on sale in the street, there's a market on Friday a couple of streets away if you need to stock up with fresh food, the supermarkets are open late if you've forgotten anything.
  Inside, the flat was really well equipped to a high standard. Very modern. Although the kitchen is small, I cooked quite a few evenings so it's plenty big for 2 or 4 people.
  
  What could be improved: Hard to really pick a fault.

  The location is excellent. Every thing is available just a few minutes. nice street. I know Athens and I knew it was good.
  The apartment was very clean. Kitchen very nice. A very clean building with nice neighbors. very nice balcony/terrace.

  What could be improved: some kitchenets were missed:
  pots for cooking in different sizes.
  knives for fruits.
  the main pillows had yellow spots. the covers were completely clean. The Bed mattress especially in master room was a torturing one. I couldn't sleep well at all. awful.
  Air-conditions were very weak. The two first days of our stay. it was cold. Central heating is not turned on yet.
  The second bath room was not working. So it was unusable and we had one bath room. Although we had got this apartment for having two baths because my mom is very sensitive and I wanted that she has her own bath. the radiators in both baths were not working either.

  What could be improved: Kleine Reparaturen fällig . (Duschhebel locker , Schranktüren Drucköffner fehlen teilweise) . Alle Pflanzen auf dem sonst sehr hübschen Balkon sind komplett ausgetrocknet!
