Honestly, when I first heard about Urban Heights 3BD Apt, next to Hilton, I thought it was just another generic apartment rental trying to ride on the Hilton’s reputation. Boy, was I wrong. This place actually delivers on its promise – and then some.

What really struck me when I walked in was how they’ve managed to create this perfect balance between upscale comfort and that lived-in feeling that makes you want to kick off your shoes immediately. The three-bedroom layout is genuinely spacious (not that cramped “open concept” nonsense where your bed is basically in the kitchen), and you know what? The bedrooms actually have proper closets. I mean, you’d be surprised how many places skimp on that detail. The master bedroom gets this gorgeous natural light in the mornings – though if you’re a late sleeper, you might want to invest in some blackout curtains. The kitchen is where they really shine, honestly. Full-size appliances, actual counter space for cooking, and they’ve stocked it with decent cookware, not those flimsy pans that make everything stick.

Being next to the Hilton is… well, it’s a double-edged sword that works more in your favor than you’d expect. Yes, you get some of that hotel energy – there’s always something happening, people coming and going – but the apartment itself feels completely separate from all that bustle. You’re close enough to grab coffee from the Hilton’s lobby when you’re feeling lazy (their barista actually knows what they’re doing), but you’ve got your own entrance and complete privacy. The neighborhood has this nice urban rhythm to it. Mornings are pretty quiet until around 8 AM when business travelers start moving around, but evenings can get lively – in a good way, mostly. I did notice some street noise on weekend nights, but nothing a white noise app couldn’t handle. The building management is surprisingly responsive too – I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi during my stay, and someone was up to fix it within a couple hours. That 9.8 rating isn’t just for show.

What really sells this place for me is how it feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental unit. There are books on the shelves (real ones you can read), artwork that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel supply catalog, and little touches like quality hand soap and coffee that doesn’t taste like cardboard. The location works whether you’re in town for business or just exploring – you’re walking distance to some solid restaurants and there’s decent public transit nearby. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak times, but the building has a few designated spots, and honestly, in this part of the city, that’s pretty rare. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels both polished and genuine, somewhere you can actually spread out and breathe, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  It is in a great location, close to buses & metro. It also has brilliant restaurants & bars literally next door! The apartment is newly renovated, has everything you need(especially with children), laundry & well appointed kitchen. It is in an older building(which is still under renovation) but does have a small lift which is great when you have heavy luggage.
  
  What could be improved: All the appliances are new but we couldn’t reset the oven(I’m sure that has been corrected). Otherwise it was perfectly comfortable.

  Very spacious and modern apartment with balcony. Exactly as per photos. Host were very helpful. Great location, close to trains restaurants and bars. Had a laundry and 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone.
