I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name VISION Top Floor Apartments, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after staying here, I get it. The views really are the main event, and being on those upper floors makes all the difference.
What struck me right away was how this place manages to feel like an actual apartment rather than just another hotel room. You know what I mean – there’s something about having a proper kitchen and living space that just changes the whole vibe of your stay. The 4-star rating feels spot on; it’s polished without being stuffy. Actually, I’d say it’s one of those places where the 8.7 guest rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing (check-in was surprisingly smooth), and the apartments themselves have that lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake.
The thing that really won me over, though, was the practical side of staying here. Having a full kitchen meant I could grab groceries and actually cook a decent meal – which honestly saved me a fortune compared to eating out every night. The living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped, even if you’re traveling with family or friends. I mean, there’s something to be said for being able to spread out your stuff without everything ending up on the bed. The bedrooms are well thought out too, with blackout curtains that actually work (trust me, this matters more than you think). And those top floor locations? The natural light during the day is incredible, but it’s quiet enough at night that traffic noise wasn’t an issue.
What I really appreciated was how the place strikes this balance between hotel service and apartment independence. You get housekeeping when you want it, but you’re not stuck with the rigid schedule of a traditional hotel. There’s something refreshing about being able to come and go without feeling like you’re constantly in someone else’s space. The whole setup just works well for longer stays – I ended up extending my trip by two days because I was so comfortable there. It’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in and feel at home, which is exactly what you want when you’re traveling for business or taking an extended vacation.

Very nice Could be improved: Not knowing if the hot water was actually turned on,a note on a switch said push once to turn on hot water system it flicks straight back so you don’t know because you try it again and realize it doesn’t stay down so then you don’t know if you have just turned it off again.also if any of the interior windows are open you can’t turn on the air conditioning there is nothing saying this in the room so the first day it works and when we went out most of the day and came back we came in and tried to get the air conditioning to turn on and it wouldn’t so we had to ring reception to report it and they told me that the windows had to be shut to operate but there was nothing in the room to inform us of this so we just wasted a frustrating 20 minutes playing with the remote which frustrated us and wastes receptions time

Great value for money, it was one of the cheapest options you can get in Athens. There is a close-by parking as we were travelling by car, the property is on the top floor with a very nice balcony. Could be improved: The location - it's located in the infamous Omonia district, so you can expect drug addicts and homeless people everywhere around you. That was not a problem for us since you see the very same thing everywhere in the US. If you use only the main streets and boulevards, it won't be a problem.

Big place Could be improved: I was disappointed with my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done online. The breakfast offered very little variety and was quite basic. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations—there was too much dust in the room, which made it feel unkempt. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
