Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about White House Vouliagmeni 1- 2BD Free Parking, Next to the Sea, I was a bit skeptical about the name. I mean, it sounds like someone just threw together all the selling points in one breath, right? But after spending a few days there, I actually get why they went with that approach – it really does tell you everything you need to know upfront.

The location is genuinely something special, and I don’t say that lightly. You’re literally a stone’s throw from the Vouliagmeni coast, which honestly beats most of the touristy beaches you’ll find closer to Athens center. The water here has this incredible blue-green color that changes throughout the day, and there’s something about the way the light hits it in the late afternoon that just… well, you’ll spend way too much time on the balcony with your coffee, trust me. What really sold me though was the parking situation – and I know that sounds mundane, but if you’ve ever tried to park anywhere decent near the Greek coast in summer, you know it’s basically a contact sport. Having your own guaranteed spot means you can actually explore the area without that constant anxiety about finding parking when you get back.

The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, especially if you’re used to cramped European accommodations. The two-bedroom setup works perfectly whether you’re traveling with family or just want that extra space to spread out (which, let’s face it, we all appreciate more these days). The kitchen is actually functional – not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker and one fork. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s something really nice about having your Greek yogurt and honey while looking out at the sea. The 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense either – you can tell someone actually cares about maintaining this place. Little things like the shower pressure being decent, the Wi-Fi actually working throughout the unit, and the air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The area gets pretty quiet in the evenings too, which surprised me given how close you are to everything. I guess being slightly off the main drag helps, but you’re still close enough that you can walk to some really solid tavernas – there’s this one place about ten minutes down the road that does incredible grilled octopus, though the locals will probably give you better directions than I can.

You know what really impressed me though? The whole experience felt… effortless, I guess. Sometimes when you’re traveling, especially somewhere with a different language and customs, everything feels like a small challenge. But staying here, you just settle in naturally. Maybe it’s because Vouliagmeni has this relaxed vibe that’s distinctly Greek but not overwhelmingly touristy, or maybe it’s just that having proper space and amenities lets you actually unwind instead of constantly adapting to limitations.

  We stayed in the appartment for a congress near by and it was really great. The owner is very flexible and available, the beds are very comfy and the bathroom is fully furnished with soap and shampoo. The check in was easy and fast.

  What a beautiful place to stay in a great area of the Athens Riviera. We were pleased to find a spot last minute for our last few days in Greece. We were thrilled to receive a message from the host the night before with detailed instructions on how to enter the property. I will say that if you are using the garage for the parking, it's a bit difficult because the opening is right on the busy main thoroughfare. I was always a bit nervous entering/exiting due to the high traffic count on Athinas, and I believe the building should maybe install some mirrors to help those entering/exiting. Luckily, we were completely fine doing so everyday, and this would probably be my only thing that I wasn't thrilled about. But the apartment was absolutely lovely! It was meticulously clean with gorgeous amenities, ample space, very comfy beds, and beautiful balconies. We would happily stay there again in the future!
  
  What could be improved: I believe the parking garage could use some updating, seeing as though it's on a very busy street and getting in/out was a little nerve racking. Also, the bathroom could use some extra hooks for towels, as well as a better way to have the "extras" more accessible. It was hard to use soap to wash hands and use the toilet paper because there was a small rack as opposed to an actual sink area. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

  Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfy apartment. Private parking is a big plus. The air conditioning is really good. Teraces are really useful. Rooms are perfect for sleeping.

  We went there during posidonia/greek ship Brokers dinner where all other hotels increased their prices way to much. This was the most affordeble one with best location close to the beach so I could go for a morning swim.
