  The location is perfect. Everything looks new, has a lot of things in house, outside there's coffee shops and restaurants. It's in the heat of maroussi, 25 minuts of Acrópolis, but a few metres of maroussi Train station. Super easy to go to Athens city centre

  Very cool place to stay right in the cool shopping district. Very comfortable 2 level apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with comfortable beds & with a kitchenette & even a Turkish bath on the below level.
  It comes with private car parking too, just around the corner, which is fantastic if you’ve hired a car. It’s also only about 20kms from the airport so perfect for a last night stay in Athens. Would stay here again for sure if we ever come back to the area.

  Stunning newly renovated two floor flat with all new features and that is located directly onto a pedestrian shopping area with everything you need from cafes and shops to the metro right there. Yet the flat is still very quiet because of double glazing and a quality build. Excellent air conditioning was important to us on very hot days. It even has a sauna! (not a hot tub) and the bathrooms are lovely. The entire place is very stylish with exposed stone walls and modern details and impressed my friend who works at an architecture firm.
