What I really liked about the apartment itself is how it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s clean, practical, and surprisingly spacious for Athens standards. The metro access is genuinely game-changing if you’re planning to explore beyond the immediate area. Kerameikos station connects you directly to Monastiraki and Syntagma without transfers, which means you’re about 10 minutes from the Acropolis or the central shopping district. I ended up using it way more than I expected, especially during the midday heat when walking longer distances becomes… well, less appealing. The evening vibe in this neighborhood is pretty mellow too — you get some local foot traffic heading home from work, but it’s not a party district, so sleep actually happens.   There is everything you need for a short stay. Parking is perfect, just under your private terase. It is clean, communication with the host was excellent. Metro station is close, but we have walked to the city centar, even with our kids (11 & 8). Internet is perfect, a list of TV channels could be better. Value for money is really good, we would definitely recommend.

  The apartment was spotlessly clean. I liked the Nespresso coffee machine. There was a washing machine as well. The major sights are within walking distance. Allocated parking space. It is perfect for two people.
  
  What could be improved: The noise from the traffic from the street. We kept the windows closed all the time. There is a nice spacious balcony but you cannot really sit outside because of the noise of the buses stopping in front of the house day and night. But I guess you don't go to Athens for peace and quiet.

  The location and parking was great.
  
  What could be improved: The shower socket is broken and dripping. The sofa bed has a hard line in its middle. And is not suitable for sleep. The coffee machine is flooding the table.
  The host wasn't available. We left him a message to take into consideration that we are with a disabled person who needs an extra pillow,and blanket. There wasn't any response or anything in the room.

  Host vey nice and helpful. Good parking for car safety. Clean and comfortable. Location within 30 minutes walking distance to Acropolis.
  
  What could be improved: Ceiling light in the bedroom not working well..flickering some time when switch on.
  Lighting in the bathroom is loose….should be fixed and a celing lamp added.
  Strongly leaking shower tap mult be repaired and install a hanger for shower head. Difficult taking a shower keeping it with your hands.
  Sleeping on livingroom sofa bit unconfortable due to uneven parts.
  HOT WATER IS WORKING…saw some quests reported not working. But you have to switch on boiler in the electrical main board near door. Switching off is a common practice for saving energy when not needed.
  Pity above small aspects aren't repaired by host….it would increase a lot property value overall quite ok.

  Location,about 20 min walk till’ old city,great and secure parking place bellow the apartment,wich in Athens really worth it.
  
  What could be improved: Small improvements: 1-no hot water,but at 35 degrees,doesn’t matter to much,2,the electric oven it’s disfunctional,3,some leak at the shower and …that’s all.

  Well furnished and safe apartment, safe parking, great host communication, proximity to the main attractions.
  
  What could be improved: The area, where the apartment is and the walking route to the attractions, is poor and derilict, leaving you feeling unsafe, although Atenians say, one should not be worried, it just looks that way. Anyway, if possible opt to use a taxi, cca 5 euro to get to Acropolis from the apartment. For us BEAT app to book a taxi worked perfect.

  The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it also has a washing machine. It was clean, and there is also space to park 1-2 cars. It is located at about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center.
  
  What could be improved: The key is in a vault opened by a code, yet nobody texted us the details how to open it. When we arrived at the property, we called the host, who does not speak English. An another person called us back to explain to us how the open the vault. This could've easily been handled by a simple text containing the indications.
  There was no hot water. The boiler in the kitchen had cold water, not sure if it was broken or it was just some temporary issue, because we did not call the owner anymore, we took a quick cold shower.
  It is very load from the traffic on the streets, it can be disturbing at night.
