The location is honestly the sweet spot you’re looking for if you want to be near the water without dealing with the chaos of central Athens. Marina Flisvos is this lovely stretch where locals actually hang out – you’ll see families with kids, couples walking their dogs, people jogging in the early morning. It’s got that authentic Greek coastal feel without being touristy. The marina itself has some solid tavernas (there’s one with incredible grilled octopus that the owner recommended), and you can catch the tram into the city center pretty easily. I actually preferred staying here and making the quick trip into Athens rather than being stuck in all that traffic and noise downtown.

What really impressed me about the apartments themselves was the attention to detail – the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the local market (there’s a great one about a ten-minute walk away), the wifi works properly throughout the space, and honestly, the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel back situation. The modern touches feel genuine rather than trying-too-hard modern, if that makes sense. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of Athens – there’s actually space for your rental car. The 9.2 rating makes total sense to me because while it’s not luxury in the marble-lobby sense, it delivers exactly what it promises and then some. You’ll sleep well, you’ll have space to spread out a bit, and you’ll feel like you’re experiencing a slice of real Athenian life rather than just passing through.

  We had a great time, the view from the terrace was amazing☺️. Homely, modern apartment (a microwave oven was missing 😃). The beaches, shops, tram and bus stops are close to the apartment, the people are very nice, it was an unforgettable experience. We had a small problem on the last night, but the owner solved it very quickly. I'm sure we'll be back!

  Great modern and minimalist flat. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. A large balcony with a lounger and seating. Parking spaces are tight for large vehicles but usually available. Amazing location with a sea view and all local amenities available. Easy check-in and great communication with the hosts!

  Very nicely decorated 2 bed apartment. Love those lamps. Big balcony, Big wardrobes in both rooms. One room is small but perfect for a child. Big fridge freezer can fit all your food. Apartment not in sunny place so it will be good for hot summer. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Beach and bus stops few min away. Kalamaki beach we found the best few min on a tram or 35 min walk lots of restaurants and kiosk were you can buy smokes and drinks. Some good moves in english but only late in the evening

  Super ! Propre comme neuf pleins de rangement bien équipé non loin de la mer et de toutes commodités il y a une boulangerie en bas et super market à 100m très bon séjour dans cet établissement

  Apartman ima sve što vam je potrebno za duži boravak. Svaka soba ima klimu, postoji interfon i nadzor kamerama kao i termo regulacija za grejanje. Nameštaj i oprema je nova. Kupatilo ima mašinu za veš, peglu i dasku, pa je moguće oprati i ispeglati stvari. Kuhinja ima i rernu i stvarno je moguće spremiti ručak kao kod kuće. Lokacija zgrade je zaista odlična. Na 5 minita su nalazi uređena gradska plaža sa suncobranima, spasiocem, tuševima, kabinama za presvlačenje i toaletom. U blizini se nalaze i prodavnice ali i odlični restoran za vrlo pristojnu cenu (Meli i Ladi). Blizu je i ulica Ag Aleksandrou sa prodavnicama i restoranima.Kraj je dobro povezan sa centrom grada autobusima, a prolaze i tramvaji, kao i prevoz za Glifadu i Vuljameni. I naravno u blizini je i uredjen park i Flisvos Marina, sa dosta restorana i mesta za izlazak. Mogu da preporučim smeštaj i za jedno lepo gradsko letovanje.
