The air conditioning actually works (not always a given in Greece), and there’s enough parking space that you don’t have to circle the block if you’re driving.   The hotel is located in a beautiful street, near every main attraction in Vouliagmeni. We spent two days there and didn’t need a taxi to get to Vouliagmeni lake or Astir Beach. It was all within walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and beach activities to do in the region. Regarding the hotel architecture, it truly has the boutique hotel vibe, with a private swimming pool with ambience music and private rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and was very carefully prepared. Also, the staff is incredibly nice. Everyone was always smiling and ready to assist us in everything we needed! Recommend 100%!
