The owners clearly put thought into soundproofing – I mean, I’m someone who usually wakes up at every little noise, but I slept through the night without any issues. The apartment itself feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There are little touches everywhere that show someone actually cares about the place – good coffee (not the instant stuff you get at most places), proper hangers in the closet, and honestly, the best shower pressure I’ve encountered in ages. The breakfast situation is interesting too – they don’t do the whole big buffet thing, but what they serve is clearly homemade and changes based on what’s seasonal. I had these incredible pastries that were still warm, and the hosts seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the hosts give you space when you want it, but they’re incredibly helpful when you need local advice. They pointed me toward this little market about a ten-minute walk away that I never would have found otherwise, and saved me from making the tourist mistake of eating at the obvious restaurant around the corner (which, trust me, you’ll want to skip). The check-in was refreshingly laid-back – no corporate policies or rigid timing, just real people making sure you’re comfortable. With a 4-star rating and consistently high guest scores around 8.9, it’s clear I’m not the only one who feels this way. The value is honestly pretty incredible when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space with personalized service. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back at the end of the day, rather than just seeing it as somewhere to crash.

  Location is good, walking distance to the centre. Good for a couple of days stay in Athens. Probably wouldnt recoment for a long stay, but this is personal.

  The apartment has a good layout with two bedrooms. There is a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. Everything you need for a city break. The host gave me a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.
  The nearest metro station is 300 meters from the apartment, so it is easy to get to the center of Athens.
  I was positively surprised that there was in fact WiFi in the apartment, because it said on Booking that there was not.
