The thing that struck me immediately was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between being right in the thick of things without the constant urban chaos bleeding into your space. You’re literally steps from major shopping (hence the name, I guess), but the rooms have this surprising quietness to them – well, at least the ones facing away from the main street do. I mean, you’ll still hear the city humming below, but it’s more like a gentle reminder that you’re in the heart of everything rather than an assault on your eardrums. The apartment-style layout actually works really well here; you’ve got proper space to spread out, a kitchenette that’s genuinely useful (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), and enough room to actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it for days.

What really sold me, though, was the attention to details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just crashing after sightseeing. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire space – I tested it, because we’ve all been burned by that before. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward hovering while they try to upsell you on breakfast packages or spa treatments. The staff seemed to get that most people just want their key and directions to the elevator, which I appreciated. And you know what? That 9.3 rating isn’t just algorithmic magic – you can feel it in the way everything just works without drama. The shower has proper water pressure, the AC doesn’t sound like a freight train, and there are actual blackout curtains that block light instead of those flimsy decorative panels that seem designed by people who’ve never tried to sleep past sunrise. It’s those little victories that turn a decent stay into one where you’re already thinking about booking again next time you’re in the area.

  Mrs Katerina adapted to our requests and allowed early check in and late check out. She explained everything in detail. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you may need to feel like home. I was attending a conference at OTE Academy and it was only a few minutes apart walking. Well connected to different areas of Athens and Greece
  
  What could be improved: The main bedroom doesn't have an air conditioner unit, but it has a fan and it was ok

  Location was good, close to the Athens Mall and the main roads.
  The underground parking is a "BIG" +!
  Great to have an elevator.
  
  What could be improved: The general furnishings were really outdated and old.
  The lounge furniture, in particular, was old and very uncomfortable (back-breaking, really).
  There was no hand soap in the kitchen.
  There were various "left-over, it seems" shampoos, etc., in the shower that were filled to varying levels, and there was no shower gel/soap.
  The host NEVER once contacted us to establish if all was ok, etc.

  Καλή τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Αττική Οδό . Κοντά σε mall , ηλεκτρικό σταθμό και ΟΑΚΑ.
  Εύκολο παρκάρισμα στη γειτονιά σε περίπτωση , που δε χρησιμοποιήσει κάποιος την υπόγεια θέση στάθμευσης .
  Η κοπέλα , που μας καλωσόρισε και μας παρέδωσε τα κλειδιά του σπιτιού ήταν ευγενέστατη.
