I’ve stayed at plenty of “beachfront” places that require a fifteen-minute walk through sketchy side streets, but this one delivers. You’re literally a two-minute stroll from the sand, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re hauling beach gear or just want to pop back to your room midday.

The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort that I really appreciate – they’re not trying to be some sterile luxury resort, but they’re genuinely well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The kitchenettes actually work (shocking, I know), and there’s enough counter space to make a proper breakfast without feeling like you’re playing Tetris with your coffee mug and toast plate. The balconies are where these places really shine though – most have at least partial sea views, and even if you don’t get a direct ocean view, you’ll catch those gorgeous Mediterranean sunsets that make you forget about checking your phone for a while. The whole area gets this amazing golden light in the late afternoon that photographers would kill for.

What I love about the Faliro area is that it feels authentically Greek without being touristy in that overwhelming way some beach towns get. You’ll find actual locals at the nearby cafes, not just cruise ship crowds, and the tavernas serve food that tastes like someone’s grandmother is actually cooking it. The beach itself is a nice mix of organized sections with umbrellas and more relaxed stretches where you can just throw down a towel. Parking can be a bit of a dance during peak season – I mean, it’s Greece in summer, what do you expect – but the staff at the apartments are pretty helpful with local tips on where to find spots. The 4-star rating feels right on target here; it’s comfortable and reliable without any pretense, and that 8.8 guest rating makes sense when you factor in the location and the fact that everything just… works. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a beach vacation – a place that doesn’t overthink things but gets the important stuff right.

  The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, ideal for a family, we stayed there 6 nights. Beds are comfortable and the checkin and out was flexible.

  Located in a quiet area. It was easy to get and leave the keys. Pleasant, spacious, simply furnished 2-room apartment with a balcony and a view of a green courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable bed. 3 minutes to the beach. 4 min to the Edem stop, from which you can easily get to Syntagma Square by 6 tram, to the port, or to other beaches in the direction of Glyfad by 7 tram, or to the airport by X96 bus. There is a supermarket next to the stop.
  
  What could be improved: The attachment of the shower handset to the wall was broken – it is not at all convenient to always hold it in your hand while washing. We had to go and buy the shower gel and shampoo ourselves.

  I know the area well so there was no surprise, everything was nice. Apartment close to the beach and tram. Difficult parking but that is a problem everywhere in the centre.
  The apartment is big with balcony which was nice. Could have more chairs but it's ok. Air-condition is only in one bedroom and living room.

  Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close tp the Edem beach. Easy transfer to the airport via express bus. Tram stations nearby can easily get you to city center or to other beaches on the coast.

  The communication of the host was excellent, I was informed in detail via sms about how to collect the keys and how some other things work in the apartment. She also checked with me multiple times if everything is good and if I need anything.
  
  What could be improved: the balcony had no chairs / table and the view was not that good. If you want to have hot water in the shower you need to switch on the heating like 30 mins before you can use it. But it was not a problem.
