The bed is proper comfortable too, none of that rock-hard European mattress nonsense you sometimes get. What really impressed me though was how quiet it stays at night. I’m usually a light sleeper and was worried about street noise, but the windows do their job well. The WiFi actually works (shocking, I know), and there’s decent water pressure in the shower – these might sound like small things, but you know how it is when you’re traveling.

Mimoza herself is genuinely lovely to deal with. Check-in was smooth, she responded quickly to messages, and when I had a question about the heating system (took me a minute to figure out the controls), she sorted it out right away. The location works really well if you don’t mind a short walk to get to the main action – it’s in more of a residential area, which I actually preferred because you get a feel for how people actually live there instead of being stuck in tourist central. There’s a small grocery store just around the corner that locals use, and I picked up some amazing bread there most mornings. Parking was easier than I expected too, though I’d still recommend asking Mimoza about it beforehand if you’re driving.

Look, this isn’t luxury accommodation – it’s a solid 4-star place that delivers exactly what it promises. The 9.2 rating makes sense when you stay here because everything just works without any drama. It’s clean, comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced. If you’re the type who needs a concierge and room service, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want somewhere that feels authentic and gives you space to actually settle in for a few days, Mimoza’s Apartment hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  very clean and nicely decorated appartment with all commodities. good location : 10 min by walk from the Acropole. The rooms and living room are spacious.
  Alexandros is very nice guest and provided good advises.
  
  What could be improved: We appreciated a lot the appartment, it was close to perfect ! If asked for a "down side", I could mention that the kitchen is a bit small, has no owen, and we could use more cooking material.

  Great location. Neighborhood with many nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Apartment with plenty of room. Very clean and with everything you need. Host was very nice and responded promptly to a couple of questions. First choice when we go back to Athens.

  The appartment is spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly with all the sights within walking distance, but also with only a short walk to both subway, buses and tram. There are several restaurants in the area with good food and very affordable prices.
  
  The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We got delayed on our arrival, but that was no issue at all. Alex who met us with the keys had made sure there were a few things for us for breakfast in the morning since all shops were closed when we arrived. He also gave us good tips on where we could grab a nice meal which we were grateful for as it was around midnight and we were both tired and hungry.
  
  On departure day, we had a late flight home – but the host had a good solution so we did not have to walk around the city with our luggage all day. These things made our stay extra pleasant.

  The location was very good in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to public transportation. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessities. The host was very helpful with check-in and provided useful recommendations.

  Aircon, spacious, very comfy beds. Generous host (snacks and lots of water). Alexandros met us with keys in the middle of the night, after we arrived late from the port. 🙂
