Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of penthouse suites, but the Penthouse W/ View & Plunge Pool honestly caught me off guard in the best possible way. When you first walk in, there’s this moment where you just… stop. The space opens up in front of you, and then you see that view stretching out beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. I mean, photos don’t really capture it – there’s something about the way the light shifts throughout the day that makes you want to just park yourself on that oversized sectional and watch the world go by.

The plunge pool is where this place really shines, though. It’s not huge – don’t expect to do laps or anything – but it’s perfectly positioned so you can soak while taking in that panoramic view. I spent way too much time in there during golden hour, honestly. The water stays the perfect temperature, and there’s this subtle lighting system that kicks in after sunset. You know what’s actually genius about the layout? They positioned the pool so it feels completely private, even though you’re up high where theoretically people could see in. The architects clearly thought this through. The only minor thing is that the pool area can get a bit windy in the late afternoon – not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind if you’re planning to spend the whole day out there.

What really sets this place apart from other high-end accommodations I’ve experienced is the attention to those little details that actually matter when you’re living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen is fully equipped (and I mean actually fully equipped, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), the blackout curtains work perfectly if you want to sleep in, and the water pressure in that rainfall shower is incredible. The whole vibe feels more like staying in someone’s incredibly well-appointed home rather than a hotel room. Check-in was seamless – they handle everything remotely, which I was skeptical about at first, but it worked flawlessly. The building itself is quiet; I never heard neighbors or hallway noise, which is honestly rare in city locations. The 9.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there – it’s that rare place that somehow exceeds expectations that are already pretty high. If you’re looking for somewhere special to celebrate something important or just want to feel completely spoiled for a few nights, this is it.

  Brilliant location close to everything. Fabulous hosts who were responsive, accommodating and flexible. Great little apartment with everything you could need.
  
  What could be improved: Couldn't get the hot tub to heat up but could be user error and the weather was freezing so didn't really prioritise it.

  we we're a family of 3, the rooms felt spacious and the design was modern. the apartment was very clean and well equipped. it is really close to the all major attractions and the ermou street. the view from the balcony of the acropolis is beautiful.
  
  What could be improved: we had a hard time making the hot-tub warm (we stayed during december), the staff tried to help but it took a very long time for the water to be hot.

  Spacious apartment and very well equipped and nice modern style. Fantastic location to experience all the great food and cafe spots of Athens and its monuments.

  Amazing location, very nice view, nice minimal decoration and modern furniture. Unfortunately, we did not use the jaccuzzi cause the temperature those days in Athens was too high and the water in the jaccuzzi was too hot as well.
