What really impressed me was how well-maintained everything felt. You can tell they actually care about the details here – the kitchen had proper equipment (not those flimsy hotel kettles that barely work), the shower had decent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly reliable. I was working remotely for part of my stay, and honestly, the internet was better than what I have at home. The building itself feels solid and quiet, which isn’t always a given with apartment-style accommodations. I hardly heard my neighbors, except for some gentle footsteps above me in the early evening – nothing disruptive at all. That 9.8 rating makes complete sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s the kind of place where small things are done right, from the way they handle check-in (smooth and personal, not rushed) to the fact that they actually provide enough towels without you having to ask. I found myself recommending it to other travelers I met around town, which I don’t usually do unless something really stands out. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment independence, with a view that’ll make your morning routine feel like a small vacation ritual, this is definitely worth considering.

  If I want to describe the whole experience in one word, it has to be Exceptional. Location is great, has a terrific view of the sea and Alimos marine. Near tram and bus stations. Basic needs like supermarket and groceries stores are within minutes of walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped with all you may need for a comfortable stay. Adequate area for couples or small family of four. Really hard to find similar experience anywhere else. Definitely recommended if you are planning to stay near seaside.

  Gorgeous sea view, wonderful interior and all the necessary disposables (tooth brushes etc, and even hair elastics!), welcome food and drinks were very much appreciated!
  good infrastructure with shops, cafes and bars, very welcoming and helpful host (let us check in earlier and helped with items we forgot after check out)
