The hot tub situation is legit too – it’s not some tiny hotel jacuzzi, but actually spacious enough that you can properly relax without feeling cramped.

What I really appreciated (and this is something you don’t always think about until you’re there) is how quiet it gets up on the top floor. Athens can be pretty intense street-level, especially during summer evenings when everyone’s out and about, but up here you get this nice buffer from all that energy. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re settled in – everything just works the way it should. Check-in was smooth, the space feels genuinely clean and well-maintained, and honestly, the little details matter. Good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, reliable WiFi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes. I’ve stayed in places with better marketing that couldn’t nail these basics, so it was refreshing.

The location itself is what really seals the deal though. You’re close enough to walk to most of the major sites without feeling like you need to plan your whole day around transportation, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you’re not dealing with crowds every time you step outside. I found myself using that balcony constantly – morning coffee while watching the city wake up, afternoon breaks from sightseeing, and obviously those evening hot tub sessions with the Acropolis all lit up. It’s the kind of setup where you actually want to spend time at your accommodation instead of just crashing there between activities. Four stars feels about right for the overall category, but the experience definitely punches above its weight class.

  Awesome ! First of all, I would like to congratulate the very tasteful decoration. The apartment is clean and functional. The very nice terrace and the exceptional jacuzzi! The owner was extremely kind and responsive. Finally, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and a supermarket open very late, very practical. I recommend this rental!

  Everythings was incredile, the place the view, the location, the hot tub… incredibly nice and clean with all amenities. There was everyhnig needed for cooking, a bottle of wine, ground coffee, etc. Loved our stay here.
