  Everything we needed was supplied – washing machine, kitchen equipment, jug, coffee maker etc was provided.
  Marita kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable. She also provided ideas for food options, booking transfers to and from the Apartment & luggage storage.

  The location is perfect. A quiet place in the city center. Close to Plaka and Acropolis. Owners are so welcoming and helpful! They sent a very detailed and easily understandable information how to get key in the key box. We loved our time in athens and loved our time spent in the apartment and on the balcony. Perfect apartment for 2 people.
  Close to metro and supermarket. Metro access (metro station "Sygrou-Fix" is about 270 m from the apartment). Tram No. 6 (tram stop "Fix", next to above mentioned metro station) gets you to the beach Edem, it takes about 30 min.

  Such an amazing place to stay! Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Athens. The hosts were super responsive and helpful (provided tips etc). There was water on arrival, everything was super neat and clean, but felt homey at the same time. We only stayed 2 nights but honestly could've stayed a lot longer! Perfect location to sightsee (close to the acropolis), and the neighbourhood has loads of nice cafes/wine bars/restaurant. Felt very authentic but at the same time close to the touristy areas.

  Amazing stay! Marita and George were fabulous; they were quick to respond to our messages months before our trip and also during our stay. The apartment is located in a perfect area, just outside of the main strip, which meant it was quiet and only a very short walk to the restaurants and main attractions. The suite was very clean and beautifully decorated. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and accurate. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple. We stayed from September 8-11, 2024.

  Great location in Koukaki. Out of the main touristy areas so it quiet but still within walking distance of the main sights or the metro. Lovely part of Athens.
  Communication with the hosts was very good, they replied immediately and were very helpful.
