The kind of stuff you don’t think about until you’re fumbling around in the dark trying to charge your phone.

What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood vibe. You’re close enough to walk to the main action – I’d say maybe ten minutes to the busy restaurant strip – but far enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. There’s actually this great little coffee shop just around the corner that the locals seem to frequent, and honestly, discovering spots like that is half the fun of staying somewhere that feels more residential. Parking was surprisingly painless too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate downtown in a rental car, you know that’s no small thing. The building itself is well-maintained without being fancy-fancy, and the other residents seem to be a mix of long-term folks and travelers, so there’s this nice community feel without feeling like a hotel corridor. With a 9.2 rating, I wasn’t surprised that everything just… worked. The WiFi was solid, the AC kept up during a pretty brutal heat wave, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. It’s the kind of place where you can actually picture yourself living for a week or two, not just crashing between tourist activities.

  The property was well furnished, spacious and clean. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook for our family. Location was great. It had a couple of good restaurants just next door to the apartment. Easy 4 mins walk to the metro. Staff were very helpful. We were showed around the property when we first arrived. We also accidentally left our stroller when we checked out and the team was very kind enough to organize it to be posted to us in another town. Thank you guys again for all your help!

  The apartment itself is spectacular. Huge rooms, nice balconies, well appointed kitchen and some of the best bathrooms I have ever seen in any rental.
  The building is upscale with marble entry and doctors offices in the building.
  Location is superb. Three great restaurants basically in your building. Hôtel nearby plus stores, bus stop and even gas station within 1 minute.

  Very comfortable stay, no issues at all. The apartment was sparkling clean. The living and dining areas were exceptional. The kitchen was fully fitted and well stocked with cutlery and utensils. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and the balconies were a wonderful addition. Highly recommend this place, safe area and nice restaurants around.
